There is a problem with this word. Agenda boils down to this. When people are in agenda they are in their own head. It takes away collaboration. It turns into my way or the highway. It put blinders on the eyes to not see what is really going on. You become deaf to the truth.

When you can only see your agenda you miss out on collaboration. You miss out on seeing other perspectives. You miss the boat and you get left behind. You miss innovation.

If you look at people who are stagnant those are the people in agenda in the yesterday thoughts not seeing, not listening. When you see the innovative you see the ones who surround themselves with those who are growing and changing and moving, they are listening.
