Recently I had the privelege of flying to San Diego. Many times when people keep to themselves and don’t pay attention. They hand their kids devices. Yet I think it is crucial we engage.

I ended up talking to this one kid. She got excited when I discussed inventions. She got so excited thinking about what kind of park design she could make. In fact, we ended up talking about how she could get her friends involved.

This all happened on one little plane ride. Not even a full plane ride. By the time we got off the plane, this little girl had a whole park designed in her brain.

All of us have dreams goals, abilities, and capabilities. Why are we not inspiring, even if it is a dream? Dreams can lead somewhere or to something someday.

All it takes is one little word or time.

So what could you say to someone that could inspire them?
