We offer a free first 15-minute consultation to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.

Nicole does much of her consulting and coaching around The Needs Languages. She can coach using Positive Psychology, EFT/TFT, NLP, CBT, Emotional Intelligence, Happiness, and Life Coach.

We offer Needs Language worksheets that can offer to find balance, communication skills, learning your strengths, learning how to work with your weaknesses, learning how to communicate with people who have the opposite Needs Language, learn how to communicate when your Needs Language is common, and in conflict.  

The Needs Language has the possibility of assisting you in any relationship communication concerns you might be having. We have included a non-dating component in our coaching because we understand that as people we are affected by every area in our lives.

The Needs Language is our specialty. Yet we do have other services.

payment policies

All services have a 48 cancellation policy and all services must be prepaid 24 hours in advance to keep all appointments. If there is no communication before an appointment is made and the client is a no-show the client will be responsible for the full amount of the bill. All packages once the first one is used are non-refundable. We are not a counseling service and do not claim to be counseling. We coach and consult and stay within the boundaries of this.
