For many, this is a time of celebration of the New Year. For others, this isn’t their New Year. The reason I bring this up is that many times we think our way is the best way of doing something. We think everyone should agree and do things our way, instead of listening to learn about others.

That doesn’t mean you give up your tradition or your beliefs. But what it does mean is that you may learn something about someone else. It doesn’t mean you argue to try and change how they see the world bringing them to your side. It means you open your eyes to learning about the culture and appreciating what that culture has to offer.

We have so many New Year’s throughout the year. The Jewish New Year, and The Chinese New Year and just a few I can think of.
