For the past two-plus years we have been researching the Needs Languages. In that time, we learned a lot. We have made mistakes but each one we have learned from each one.

What we are learning now, is why so many communication styles are similar. How love languages impact how we communicate as well as our learning style.

The real issue is not in how we process information, but in how we connect with others in that process. In other words, patterns are patterns and almost everyone is so similar.

It seems nowadays everyone wants to be a unicorn but at the same time find belonging. It can seem confusing. Yet the people who are the real unicorns struggle with belonging and the ones who wish they were unicorns… Don’t understand what that brings.
